Ok so this isn't a specific program, but here is some general advice when it comes to weight training for beginners:
Keep it simple, stick to the same general movements and do progressive overload (increasing the reps or weight overtime). Stick to about 3 sets of 8-12 reps of a weight that challenges you but you can keep good form.
Speaking of good form, this is the most important thing so it is often good to start using just body weight, working on your form before moving on to weights
Build your workout around one key compound movement (squats, deadlift, bench press, etc.) and then do about 3 other movements that work the same area of the body
Do a simple split like push pull legs (PPL) or upper/lower
Take about minute break between sets
Don't go longer than around an hour per workout
